A Message from the Chairman
Once again, I would like to draw your attention to the club's website. I began this site nearly two years ago but have now handed it over to Leo as I just don't have the time to maintain it. Our website has a lot to offer but needs input from more than two or three people. We are looking for your hints, tips and tricks and any other contribution you would care to make. We don't want your money, just your thoughts, ideas and knowledge. You can have your very own page within the club site to show off your models. We have a Club Store where you can buy, sell or swap anything related to model boats. There is also a list of plans, donated by members, that you can borrow. If you have the ability go take a look at the smarter, more up-to-date pages that Leo has spent a few months creating. Please contact Leo or myself if you have anything to contribute.

Pond Work and Status
It has been decided that, due to the uncertain nature of the future of the mill and lake, that we will not extend the bank as we were thinking of doing. However, the edge of the step has been badly damaged and needs to be repaird. I am looking for volunteers again. If you can spare any time at all to assist with this please let me know.

Membership Cards
We will be issuing 'credit card' style plastic membership cards this year. Your new card will be supplied with a sticker which must be affixed to the reverse side of the card. Only card with a current sticker will be valid. The sticker will be replaced on a yearly basis.

Life Member Recognised
In recogition of all the work Peter Mannock has done for the club, he has been made a Life Member.

Table of Freqquencies
As a service to members, I am compiling a table of all frequencies that are currently in use by members. I sent everyone a slip to complete with their frequencies but so far have received very few back. Please could you let me know what frequencies you have available for use.
